This issue has been fixed in the latest version of the game. Taking off and re-equipping the weapon that gives the Meditation aura would bring it back. 3 Health Potions + 3 Mana Potions + 1 Gem (Normal) 1 Full Rejuvenation. This recipe converts health and mana potions into a Rejuvenation Potion. 3 Health Potions + 3 Mana Potions + 1 Chipped Gem 1 Rejuvenation Potion. Keep in mind that Rejuvenation Potions heal instantly rather than over time. Prior to Patch 1.13c, a mercenary with Insight equipped would lose the Aura effect after dying. Easy combine for the best potion in the game.
